Getting Colder

we're entering the minus degrees zone (^~^)brrRR   AccuWeather.com

Grey/Green Monday

Just decided to try throwing green over my grey sweater-dress & grey pashmina. So warm!! (^__^) Got to include the little birdie necklace that my friend gave to me.

Art craft.. I love!

So, exam week is finally over, but I kept getting new research to complete on.Well, welcome to the world of Graduate School to me. But of course, I get bored sometimes from reading and stuff.... research stuff.. blergh!  ANyway~ A dear friend's birthday is coming around the corner, but I was busy studying I couldn't think of anything to give to her. Then I saw this DIY dolly thing, and I say why not! I love sewing and hand-crafts anyway. It was so cute, I began to feel I should get one myself.  Then there was like extra felt, and I couldn't help it, so I made a photo-fun moustache stick. The birdie was a Graduation gift from a dear friend (^_^) I just love hand-crafting, I even had a bag of felt back home in Malaysia. I missed them all :'(

To'may'to or To'mah'to?

Fruits are extremely expensive here compare to the lavish variety of fruits in Malaysia. Since I can't eat meat here (except for the Halal meat in Seoul, which is far from Jecheon) I have to find a good dose of vitamins. The cherry tomatoes is the only thing affordable I could get in a big amount, and it was soooo delicious! Thank you for that.

The One That Finally got Her Degree (^^)

me and my dad Last 3 weeks I flew back to Malaysia for a week to attend my  Graduation Ceremony in Putrajaya. I couldn't miss it for the world, and we never had the whole family together when my brother graduated the last time. With two additional family members (my sister in law and the cutest nephew!<3) I definitely couldn't resist it.   I'm not really the type that get hyped over things, I even told my parents not to get me flowers. I never even like the idea of celebrating my own birthday. It is not that big-of-deal anyway. But just having them all with me that day was already enough to make me feel so overwhelmed.  mommy and me <3 it's so hard to get a smiling shot of my mom, so this picture is really personal (^^) My Big Brother > me > my lil' sister Before I flew back to Incheon I spent a lot of time with my one and only Grandmother, my cous

The most decent meal I could grab

So, like I mentioned before. I was a bit tight on the budget. Everyday I tried to minimize my spending to maximum 9 ringgit a day, which is like 3,000Won. But today I was so famished that I can't stop thinking about Kimbab. But then I remember, our campus are still in holiday and most of the stores around my campus were close! So I had to take the bus to the nearest town. Thankfully the Lotte market was open, and that's when I saw a light!! well, metaphorically. One thing about Kimbab here in korea is that, EVERYTHING HAS PORK SLICE in it! Even though the wrapper says TUNA Kimbab they still got pork in it!! But today was my lucky day! I saw one Tuna Kimbab left on the kimbab counter, and guess what? NO PORK in it! I was so happy I just grabbed it and went straight to the cashier. Although it was a bit pricey at 2,000Won I didn't even care! Although I wish I had more, just for today I was "full" with happiness. (^_^)v

A Little Birdie that was sent to me

Just want to share this look I've been pulling off every week before Autumn arrived.  Well i didn't actually wore the same thing everyday..Aiyoo~  Of course I tried mix and match the top and sometimes with different jeans. Truth is I never got this opportunity while I was in Malaysia. People would label you like you were trying too hard to be a hipster when you're actually not! and of course, your parents would force you to change your jeans before you step out of the house. " Cuba la try pakai skirt, kan lagi elok!? " :p Ahh-but-then ~ the best thing about trying to pull off a fashion statement in a foreign land is that people don't judge you much. The only thing that came through their mind when they saw you is;  " wow! that person is foreigner mah!! arab? indonesia? ...or what was that other country with the word "asia" at the end?? "  and then most of the time they just leave you alone, pretending they were not staring at
